The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, elegant and offers fleshiness, a beautiful definition, an acidulous frame, concentration, a good balance as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cherry, fleshy/juicy Quetsche plum and small notes of small fleshy red fruits associated with hints of lily/lilac, fine hints of cocoa as well as very discreet toasted hints and an imperceptible hint of vanilla (in the background).
