1) Click onto the “Buy Wine” tab on the top menu bar, look for “Quick/Advanced Search” or “Categories” on the left hand side of the page, and add your chosen wines to the shopping cart. When finished, hit “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button and fill in “Billing & Shipping” information on the Checkout page. Double check your order information and hit “PLACE ORDER” to complete the order.
2) Download our full wine list (available in PDF and Excel format) on the top-half left hand corner above “Quick Search” of our Website and email your order inquiry to email@example.com
3) Contact Us directly to place an order.
We strive to process your order within the same business day (Monday through Friday) and will send you a confirmation email once the order is accepted. Any orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
An invoice will be sent to you once your order is accepted, and payment is due within three business days upon presentation of an invoice.
We only accept bank transfer payment. After you have completed a bank transfer, please email the transfer statement to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not accept cash payment.
We offer 24-hour Free Delivery on any business day to a single location of most districts in Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories (subject to accessibility by our delivery vehicles) for any purchase of HK$5,000 or above. For purchases below HK$5,000, a delivery charge of HK$200 will apply.
For a single location delivery to Tung Chung, HK Airport and Discovery Bay, a delivery charge of HK$500 will apply for purchases above HK$5,000, and HK$700 where purchases are below HK$5,000. Contact Us for detailed delivery arrangements and delivery to remote islands.
To enjoy our 24-hour delivery service, all orders must be placed, confirmed and paid for by 3:00pm on the preceding business day (Monday through Friday). Where payment is settled on weekends, delivery will be arranged on the following Tuesday.
In the event of Typhoon Signal No.8 or above, Black Rainstorm Signal, or severe weather conditions (including and not limited to thunderstorm, flooding, land-slipping or hailing), delivery service will be suspended without prior notice. Even the Hong Kong Observatory may later lower or take down the warning signal, the resumption of delivery service is in our absolute discretion. We will notify our clients the estimated time to resume delivery service and reschedule a delivery time. We will not be held liable for any unexpected delay on delivery caused by severe weather conditions stated above, heavy traffic congestion or any unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Yes. You may pick up your wines from 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday; and 9-11am on Saturday. Once your payment is received, we will inform you the pick-up details or discuss delivery arrangement with you.
Your wine will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. You can either sell your well-cellared wines outright to us or on a consignment/broking basis through us. See Sell Your Wine or Contact Us for requirements and the type of wines that we are buying.
We recommend you to register with us by clicking on the “Register” button on our “My Account” page. It facilitates the order placing process and you will have access to your full order history.
So that you can receive our market insights, and get the hottest offers and promotions from us and received our latest wine list as soon as they come out, as the highly sought wines are always sold out fast.
We only buy wines directly from the chateaux, reputable negociants and professional cellars. In addition, we typically buy wines that are packed in their OWCs (original wooden cases). To ensure perfect conditions, we occasionally open the OWCs to check the label, capsule and watermark level of every bottle.
We pay serious attention to wine storage, so every bottle and case is carefully stored in a temperature-controlled bonded warehouse overseas, such as LCB (London City Bond) in the UK and BCB (Bordeaux City Bond) in France. In Hong Kong, we only store our wines at HKQAA (Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency) certified cellars with insurance, 24-hour surveillance and temperature/humidity control.
From international wine transportation to local distribution in Hong Kong, we only use airfreights and local vehicles with temperature control system to ensure that every bottle arrives at our client’s hand is in its very best condition.
