Description
Plenitude offerings are the cellared, matured bottles of Dom Perignon Champagne cuvee released when the wines reach a certain level of complexity and concentration.
These special Champagnes are aged on lees for 9-40 years before release to reach maximum complexity and concentration.
They’re released in three phases:
- The first Plenitude P1 aged for 9 years on lees
- The second Plenitude P2 aged for 20 years on lees
- The third Plenitude P3 aged for 30-40 years on lees
At the third Plenitude (P3) state, the Champagne is fully concentrated, acidic, and highly complex.
