Description
By the winery
The 2010 Pindefleurs is an excellent vintage. The hot and dry summer, which continued into September, was punctuated with cool nights, favoring the development of high rates of polyhenols. The beautiful weather continued into October, resulting in prefect maturation of the grapes. The wines are deep and complex, elegant, rich, refined.
By James Suckling in 2013 (JS93)
A wine with wonderful depth of fruit and ultra-fine tannins. It really is like pure silk. Full body, with very integrated ripe tannins and a long, long finish. Best ever from here. Drink or hold.
By Wine Spectator in 2013 (WS90)
This is enticing, with creamy blueberry and boysenberry flavors inlaid with ganache and black tea notes. The finish is long and very polished.
